Score 84.5 – 86 high quality farms or very quality driven co-ops/associations that offer balanced and consistent coffees that are commonly used for milk-based coffees. These coffees usually have rounded body and high levels of sweetness.

Regional Plus

Score 85+  high quality farms or very quality driven co-ops/associations that offer balanced and consistent coffees that are commonly used for milk-based coffees. These coffees usually have rounded body and high levels of sweetness.

Microlots

Score 86.5 – 88 the best single variety lots from individual producers. These coffees are selected for their refined acidity and floral or delicate fruit notes.

Exotics

Score 88+ very small lots of high-end exotic varieties from a single producer. These lots are usually either exotic varieties or alternative processed coffees such as natural or Honey processed coffees, the majority of which are processed either at our farm La Pradrera or under our guidance.
